Indika holds a PhD and MSc in Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) from Postgraduate Institute of Agriculture (PGIA), and BSc in Agriculture specializing in Agricultural Engineering from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. Indika Gunawardana is a Cap-Net member from Sri Lanka, who has experiences in research and development works on water, sanitation, and agriculture. Indika has contributed in developing new knowledge on IWRM through her interdisciplinary research related to water and sanitation attached to Crossing Boundaries Project of the SaciWATERS. She has worked for Dry Zone Agricultural Development Project (DZADP) of Care International, Sri Lanka and Wastewater Agriculture and Sanitation for Poverty Alleviation Project (WASPA Asia) with COSI Foundation, Sri Lanka. She is compassionate, loves travelling and exploring, and gathering with friends.
