Cap-Net signs an agreement with the Costa Rica Ministry for Environment and Energy

On March 28th in San José, Cap-Net and the Ministry of Environment and Energy (MINAE) of Costa Rica signed an agreement for the design and implementation of a national water capacity development policy with special emphasis on IWRM for Costa Rica. The agreement was signed by Dr René Castro, the Minister of Environment and Energy, and Kees Leendertse for Cap-Net. Cap-Net and MINAE are committed to exchange ideas, knowledge and resources to develop and implement such national plan. This framework agreement will be supplemented by annual work plans and budgets.
